About Threep
Threep is a creative studio that translates ideas into form, based in Richmond, Virginia.
We build brands, websites, printed matter, and physical work, from installations and environments to one-of-a-kind objects. We also produce archival fine art prints in-house. Whatever the medium, the work starts with the same question: what does this idea need to become?
Who We Are
Threep was founded by Peter Cochrane, a creative director and conceptual artist with roots in fine art printing. Threep was formally established in 2018 as a studio for galleries, museums, and artists, and has since grown into a broader creative practice. Peter has worked in creative and brand work for more than fifteen years, listening to clients, translating their ideas across media, and building the teams to make them real.
Peter’s background includes agency experience, fine and public art creation at the international scale, and a long-standing focus on arts organizations, higher education, and financial services.
How We Work
Threep is the central point for your creative work. We bring together the right designers, photographers, fabricators, developers, and printers for each project, then manage the work from concept through delivery.
